Overview

The blowing, filling, and spinning integrated machine - high-speed blowing and filling line is an integrated equipment developed by our company, which includes high-speed rotary blowing, rotary filling, and rotary sealing. The equipment consists of a rotary blowing machine, a preform heating furnace, an automatic preform feeding conveyor, a rotary filling system, and a rotary sealing system. The entire equipment has the advantages of high automation, stable and reliable machine performance, high production efficiency, and low production costs. N is widely used in the production of various PET containers for filling.

1) The preform is sent to the hopper of the fully automatic rotary bottle blowing machine, and then sent to the preform heating furnace of the bottle blowing machine through the preform conveying system. The preform is preheated and heated, and the heated preform is sent to the mold system of the bottle blowing machine through the mechanical arm. After being blown and shaped by the rotary main blowing wheel, PET bottles are blown out, and then directly sent to the filling and capping two in one unit through the mechanical arm.

2) The bottles entering the two in one unit are sent to the rotary filling wheel for filling through the dial system. After filling with mineral water, the bottles are sent to the capping machine through the dial system. After capping, the bottles are sent out of the machine through the conveyor chain and enter the rear packaging system.

a) Bottle preform feeding control

The preforms are fed into the hopper of the automatic feeding device, and then conveyed to the heating furnace through the belt conveyor and drum device.

b) Heating control of preform

The preform is guided by a turntable and conveyed to each preform holder. After the preform holder obtains the preform, it is sequentially sent to the heating furnace for heating.

The heating furnace heats the preform through eight section (eight layer) infrared lamps, which can rotate independently during the heating process. Each section of the eight section infrared lamps can adjust the temperature independently.

The heating furnace is equipped with a cooling duct for the threaded head of the bottle blank and a ventilation cooling duct for the heating furnace, ensuring that the bottle blank will not be overheated.

c) Control of bottle blowing process

Unload the heated bottle preform from the preform holder onto the preform output track through the unloading sleeve, and send the preform to the blowing mold through the mechanical arm device. Seal it with the sealing seat, stretch it with the stretching seat, and apply two levels of air pressure (pre blowing air pressure and high blowing air pressure) to stretch the preform into a bottle. According to the process requirements, the blow molding mold will be monitored by the host computer throughout the entire blow molding production process through cooling water.

d) Bottle detection and output

After the blowing process is completed, the robotic arm device takes out the bottles from the mold, and qualified bottles are sent to the robotic arm system, which can be directly connected to the robotic arm of the rotary filling system.

f) Filling

The bottle is lifted by a cylinder during filling, ensuring smooth and reliable high-speed operation. The bottle mouth rises under the action of the cylinder and seals with the filling valve, and then the valve opening mechanism opens under the action of the cylinder to start filling. When the filling set liquid level is reached, the filling valve closing mechanism closes and the bottle descends under the action of the pull-down cam and cylinder, ending the filling process (to prevent contamination of the bottle mouth due to the spraying phenomenon when it finally separates).

g) Rotating cover

After the filling is completed, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transfer star wheel. The anti rotation knife on the capping machine locks the bottleneck and works together with the outer bottleneck guard to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head revolves and rotates under the drive of the capping machine spindle, and under the action of the cam, it achieves the actions of grabbing, fitting, screwing, and removing the capping, completing the entire capping process.

The sealing head adopts a magnetic constant torque device. When the rotary sealing head is used to remove the cover through the cover plate, the top cover sleeve is pressed against the cover, and the cover is straightened to ensure the correct position of the cover in the rotary sealing mold and ensure the quality of the cover. After the capping is completed, the capping head overcomes magnetic slippage and will not damage the bottle cap. At the same time, when the capping head rises, the top cover rod pushes the cap out of the capping mold.

The capping disc transmits power through the pin wheel and the capping head to ensure its movement is synchronized with the capping machine. The bottle cap enters the capping disc through the capping channel, and then the bottle cap is transferred to the capping head by the star wheel to separate the bottle caps according to the workstation.

h) Liding device

The lid is transported to the lid straightener through the lid opener, and after being straightened, the lid enters the lid channel through the reverse lid recycling device with an upward opening position. When a lid has an downward opening, the lid will enter the lid tube through the reverse lid recycling device and return to the lid straightener, ensuring that the lid coming out of the lid straightener enters the lid disinfection machine through the lid channel in the correct position to disinfect the inside of the lid. A photoelectric detection switch is installed in the cover passage between the lid cleaning device and the lid disinfection machine, as well as between the lid disinfection machine and the host, to control the start and stop of the lid cleaning device based on the accumulation of lids on the cover passage.
