Daily maintenance and upkeep
1. After starting work, the equipment will undergo a no-load test run to confirm that there are no abnormalities before starting formal work;
2. Add dough from the feeding port, the dough should not be too hard, and unfrozen hard dough should not be used, otherwise it will affect the service life of the equipment;
3. Before leaving work every day, clean the surface of the conveyor belt and pressure roller. Any remaining dough at both ends of the pressure roller should be removed in a timely manner, otherwise the flour will enter the moving parts such as rolling bearings, which will accelerate the wear and burn out of the rolling bearings;
4. Please clean the machine with a cloth, but do not rinse it with a water pipe;
5. Untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating this machine;
6. When installing a new machine or reinstalling, pay attention to the direction of rotation of the pressure roller. It is normal for the dough to be fed in from the top and fed out from the bottom;
