Instructions for using the automatic rutting gauge:

(1) Open the application system interface.

(2) Turn on the power of the electrical control box, and the power on indicator light turns green.

(3) Set up "test standards".

(4) Turn on the "temperature control" button.

(5) After the temperature inside the constant temperature chamber remains constant, load the sample and lock it.

(6) Adjust the position of the displacement sensor up and down to display the displacement within the range of 25-27mm and lock the displacement sensor.

(7) After the temperature stabilizes again, click "Test Wheel Adjustment" to return the test wheel to its original position.

(8) Click the "Test Start/Stop" button to start the experiment.

(9) After the experiment is completed, the data will be automatically displayed. Perform a save as file operation (enter path and file name?).

(10) Set up printing settings in the "System Settings" menu.

Precautions for automatic rutting gauge:

After the experiment, the scattered test materials inside the machine should be cleaned up in a timely manner.

Regularly apply lubricating oil to the parts of the instrument that require it.
