1. Installation sequence: First, determine the installation position of the controller, which is close to the power supply and tap water for easy installation. Then install the atomizer frame, internal cooler, electric heating box, and sensor. When installing the outdoor heat sink, pay attention to avoiding wind and not allowing direct sunlight to shine on the heat sink. The power supply requires a three wire four wire system, and a leakage protector should be installed.
2. Connect the power supply of the heater (this machine is already connected)
3. Install three four wire power cables after Zui. (Three fires and one zero) Controller casing grounding
4. The placement of the indoor refrigeration unit sensor and electric heating box should be in a location that is not easily sprayed by fog and requires good air convection with the indoor air.
5. The cables of each component are required to pass through areas that are not easily rubbed and have water and tension. If aging is found during use, please replace them in a timely manner.
6. The installation of the atomization frame is to fix it in the center position of the roof, drill holes with expansion bolts, and the height should not be too low to avoid uneven humidity curing of the test block.

1. Before testing the machine, it is necessary to check the circuit and power supply according to the instructions, and ensure that there are no errors. The three-phase power supply should be checked for electricity, and special attention should be paid to whether the neutral wire is qualified. Only after understanding the instructions can the machine be tested according to the following steps.
2. FH-60 typeOperate strictly according to the following steps
(1) Check if the atomizer and pipeline are connected properly, maintain a certain water level in the storage tank, connect the switch properly, and place the submersible pump in the storage tank.
(2) Connect the three-phase four wire power supply, heating cable, and cooling cable accordingly.
(3) Turn on the power switch, turn off all other switches, and check if the power indicator light is on. Otherwise, swap the live wires (this machine has phase sequence recognition).
(4) Turn on the cooling switch and check if the direction of the external fan is correct (refer to the fan label). When reversing, switch the live wires.
(5) Turn on the humidifier switch and activate the water pump until it sprays water, completing the test run.
(6) The temperature and humidity are already set at the factory and should not be changed arbitrarily.
