Automatic back pressure sterilization machine(also known as UHT ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment) is an efficient sterilization equipment specially designed for liquid and canned food. It adopts the core technology of steam heating and compressed air back pressure, and achieves microbial inactivation through precise temperature control, pressure control, and holding time. The device has a wide range of adaptability and can meet the sterilization needs of various heat sensitive and low acid foods such as milk, juice, soy milk, sauces, soups, etc. While killing harmful microorganisms, it preserves the original flavor, color, and nutritional value of the product. It adopts food grade stainless steel pipelines and PTFE adapter components, combined with pneumatic valve control and screw pump conveying system, to ensure the hygiene, safety, stability and continuity of the production process. The whole machine has full automation operation capability, equipped with intelligent PLC control system and touch operation interface, supporting flexible setting of sterilization temperature, pressure, holding time and other parameters, combined with automatic CIP cleaning and SIP online disinfection functions, greatly reducing the difficulty of manual intervention and operation. At the same time, it is equipped with multiple safety protections such as high pressure alarm, abnormal temperature power outage, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly design. It effectively controls energy and water consumption while improving production efficiency and product shelf life. It is the core equipment for achieving large-scale and standardized production in the food and beverage processing industry.
