It can meet the needs of aquaculture measurement in various Rivers and Lakes and oceans, and is one of the ideal special instruments for modern aquaculture monitoring and management.
In aquaculture, dissolved oxygen and appropriatePHValue is an essential condition, and ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, and hydrogen sulfide are the main toxic substances produced by fish and shrimp metabolism. Accurately and timely measuring the concentration values of these substances and taking corresponding measures can greatly improve the survival rate of fish and shrimp and reduce breeding costs.
Easy to operate, simple, fast, and without the need for debugging, untrained personnel can quickly master the usage of the instrument.

To ensure the normal growth of fish and shrimp, the water quality standards for aquaculture should meet the following standards:
1.Dissolved oxygen: Like humans, aquatic animals must survive under aerobic conditions. Lack of oxygen can cause them to float, and in severe cases, flooding can lead to death. Generally speaking, the dissolved oxygen in aquaculture (seedling) water should be maintained at5-8mg/LAt least it should be maintained at4 mg/LAbove, not less than3mg/LIn the later stage of high-density intensive care, it shall not be lower than4mg/LIn addition, fish and shrimp with high dissolved oxygen are prone to bubble disease.
2.PHValue in6.5-9.0Between, not higher than9.2Marine aquaculture7.5-8.5The daily difference between them shall not exceed0.5.
3.Ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)Content in0.6mg/Lfollowing. The toxicity of ammonia nitrogen and waterPHValue related,PHWhen the value is high, ammonia nitrogen can be converted into molecular ammonia that is highly toxic to fish and shrimp, inhibiting their growth, damaging gill tissue, and exacerbating fish diseases. Molecular ammonia0.2-0.5mg/LAt a lethal concentration, it can cause acute poisoning and death in aquatic animals. Fish and shrimp may exhibit severe anxiety when experiencing acute ammonia poisoning. Due to the water quality at this concentrationPHThe value is alkaline and has strong irritability, causing an increase in mucus on the surface of fish and shrimp, surface congestion, and significant bleeding at the gill and fin base. Fish swim on the surface of water, with protruding eyeballs and struggling to open their mouths before dying.
4.The toxicity of nitrite in shrimp is quite high. Generally, if the content in shrimp ponds exceeds0.15mg/LAt this time, it can cause serious harm. When the concentration of nitrite in water reaches0.5mg/LWhen certain metabolic functions of fish and shrimp are disrupted and their physical strength declines, they are prone to illness, and in many cases, large-scale outbreaks and deaths occur.
5.The concentration of hydrogen sulfide should be strictly controlled within0.1mg/LBelow, exceeding0.5mg/LThis can cause difficulty breathing in fish, shrimp, crabs, and turtles, and even lead to poisoning and death.
