Product Details

Perfluorinated digestion tank, also known as COD sample digestion instrument, digester, high-pressure digestion tank, is used for sample pretreatment in chemical analysis methods such as marine sample detection, meteorology, liquid phase, plasma optical mass spectrometer, atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence. It is used to digest heavy metals such as Pb, Cu, Zn, Ga, Rb, Hg in agricultural residues, food, rare earths, aquatic products, and organic species.

1. High and low temperature resistance: can be used at temperatures ranging from -200 ℃ to+250 ℃. Suggest using it within 180 degrees in an oven (perfluorinated digestion tank);

2. Easy to use precision equipment for processing smooth inner walls, no water hanging, no mixing, and good sealing performance;

3. High digestion efficiency and strong ability, capable of digesting many samples that are difficult to digest by traditional methods;

4. Low consumption of acidic solvents, low blank values, and improved accuracy and precision of analysis;

5. Made of fully polytetrafluoroethylene material, it avoids the contamination of samples by heavy metals during experiments, prevents pollution, and has low blank values for metal elements;

6. The appearance is pure white;

7. Corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and various organic solvents, with no leaching, adsorption, or precipitation phenomena;

8. Insulation: not affected by environment and frequency, with low dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage;

9. Resistant to atmospheric aging, radiation, and low permeability;

10. Self lubrication: has a smaller coefficient of friction compared to plastics;

11. Non sticky surface: It is a solid material with low surface energy;

12. The mechanical properties are relatively soft and have very low surface energy;

13. Non toxic: physiologically inert.
