1) The repeatability accuracy of 0.1% FS is for vertical installation, while for horizontal installation, factors such as the weight of the steel wire rope itself need to be considered

2) The service life depends on the type of load. The influencing factors include environmental conditions, installation conditions, measurement range used, movement speed, acceleration, and other factors

Notes:

1. During installation, the cable should be perpendicular to the sensor, and the cable should not rub against the outlet, which can improve the product's service life and measurement accuracy;

2. The installation head of the cable displacement sensor and the mobile end of the equipment should be reliably installed to prevent loosening, free springs, and damage to the steel wire rope during long-term operation;

3. After pulling out the cable head, please do not suddenly release it, as this may cause damage to the sensor. Do not exceed the total length of the cable when pulling it out;

4. For electrical connections, please install the wiring instructions on the displacement sensor to ensure correct wiring before powering on;

5. The wire displacement sensor is a precision instrument and should not be struck to ensure the cleanliness of the equipment and steel wire rope and extend its service life;

6. Protect the steel wire rope from external damage;

7. For outdoor or harsh environments, please consult Aiyan for waterproof and dustproof outlet ports or protective enclosures;

Pre extension plan:

If the testing distance is small and the installation distance in the middle is relatively large, and the length of the installation part does not participate in the measurement, there is no need to choose a displacement sensor with a larger stroke.
