　　SYH-500 3D motion mixerWorking principle: It is a machine that uses mechanical force and gravity to evenly mix two or more materials. The degree of mixing can be divided into three states: ideal mixing, random mixing, and * immiscible. The mixing of various materials in a mixer depends on the specific materials to be mixed, physical condition and characteristics, as well as the type of mixer and mixing operation time limit. When mixing, it is required that all participants are evenly distributed. Liquid mixture, mainly composed of mechanical stirrer, air flow and liquid jet mixing, and uniform mixing and stirring of mixed materials. Mixing causes partial flow of liquid, resulting in a circulating flow of liquid in a container, and the diffusion between the resulting liquids is called convection and diffusion of the main body.

Operation process: 1. Start the main motor of the mixer and observe the smoothness of the cylinder movement. 2. Start the running button and adjust the mixed time relay electrical device. If time control is not required, move the knob below the time relay to continuous mode. 3. Set the mixing time as required and activate the operation switch. 4. When standing in front of the cylinder, the main shaft should turn clockwise and avoid running in the same direction. 5. After the mixing time is reached, turn off the power control button and prepare for discharge. If the position of the discharge port is not ideal, you can restart the machine according to the operating procedure to adjust the discharge port to a better position.
