1、 Product Introduction

This system is used for high-temperature mechanical property testing of difficult to fuse metals, ceramics, and other materials in the temperature range of 600-2500 ℃ under high vacuum conditions. Including short-term tensile tests, fatigue tests, low cycle tests, and creep tests.Corresponding test fixtures can also be configured for compression, three-point bending, short beam shear, double notch shear, and other tests. Measure the material deformation during the testing process.


2、 System composition

The system consists of a vacuum chamber, a high-temperature furnace heating system, temperature measuring elements and automatic switching system, a temperature vacuum degree measurement and control system, a high-temperature test fixture, a deformation measurement system, a vacuum unit, a constant temperature water-cooled unit, an electrical control system, a testing machine, and room temperature accessories.


3、 Main performance characteristics

1. Vacuum chamber: adopts front opening door and double-layer water-cooled structure. Made of high-temperature resistant non-magnetic stainless steel, with a passivated surface treatment.

2. The vacuum chamber is divided into upper and lower chambers, with the upper chamber being the high-temperature test chamber and the lower chamber being the deformation measurement chamber, each equipped with an observation window. Install a thermocouple inside the deformation measurement chamber to detect the temperature inside the chamber.

3. Composition of vacuum unit: (imported from Germany) mechanical pump+molecular pump. The molecular pump adopts a magnetic levitation support structure with a speed of ≥ 37000r/min, which can meet the steady-state vacuum degree of ≤ 5 × 10 in high-temperature tests-3Pa high vacuum environment requirements.

Domestic molecular pumps can also be used, with a high-temperature steady-state vacuum degree of ≤ 5 × 10-2Pa】

4. The heating element of the electric furnace consists of two sets of arc-shaped refractory metal heating elements, which can obtain a long uniform heat zone and make the sample uniformly heated.

5. Adopting a multi-layer insulation screen insulation method to effectively prevent thermal radiation.

6. The photoelectric colorimeter is located at the rear of the vacuum chamber and is fixed in position relative to the vacuum chamber, which can prevent human collision and movement.

7. The temperature measurement and control system adopts a combination of thermocouple and photoelectric colorimeter, and is equipped with an automatic switching system. Pneumatic push is used for smooth entry and exit and accurate positioning. Adopting a special sealing structure, the thermocouple entering and exiting the high-temperature zone does not affect the vacuum degree.

8. Select C-C composite materials, W alloy, and Mo alloy materials according to the operating temperature to make high-temperature test fixtures.

9. Adopting imported displacement sensors, it can work stably at 200 ℃.

10. The central control system adopts an embedded integrated touch screen HMI, which can dynamically display parameters and curves, and can incorporate all components into the system management.

11. The temperature control measurement system reserves a PC communication interface and can be optionally equipped with computer software. It has functions such as data acquisition, document storage, parameter setting, retrieval and analysis, and can be programmed for automated operation.

12. Customize material testing machines as needed; Customize testing fixtures and deformation measurement systems for stretching, compression, bending, and other tests.

13. Safety device: It has functions such as water cut-off, power cut-off and water cut-off, abnormal pressure, over temperature protection, under air pressure protection, overload protection, over-current protection, phase sequence protection, fuse, over temperature alarm, etc.

14. The testing machine can be configured according to usage requirements for electronic universal testing machines, creep endurance testing machines, or dynamic fatigue testing machines.
