Material: The jacket and outer layer are both made of 304 stainless steel, while the inner liner and accessories in contact with the material are made of 316L stainless steel.
Each device needs to be equipped with a separate water tank, circulation pump, and control box. The water tank material is 304 stainless steel, and the hot water temperature inside the tank is between 0 and 100 ℃. The heating medium is industrial steam with a pressure of 0.2-0.3MPa, and the control box adopts an outdoor type.
Double cone speed (reference): 0-15rpm, with frequency converter speed regulation, on-site explosion-proof control cabinet with digital output (temperature, speed, vacuum degree, etc.).
The cone is divided into three layers: the jacket and insulation are both made of 304 stainless steel material. There is also a guide groove in the middle of the jacket, which allows hot water to flow in only one direction without causing short circuits. To ensure sufficient strength and uniform heating of the entire cone, the jacket is designed with a honeycomb heating method.
The bracket is welded with 10mm carbon steel plate and heavy-duty channel steel, and the top plate is welded with 30mm carbon steel after planing, which is sturdy and not easy to deform, ensuring sealing and no leakage. It is wrapped with about 1mm of 304 stainless steel.
Design the inlet and outlet pipes on the active shaft side; Mechanical seals are required for the inlet and vacuum seals to ensure no leakage during use.
The filling of the aluminum silicate fiber insulation layer on the tank body should be full and tightly welded.
A vacuum filter element should be installed between the chamber of the dryer and the vacuum tube (single core). The filter element is made of stainless steel 316L perforated sleeve and filter bag. The diameter of the vacuum tube, the filtering area of the filter element, or the manufacturer's configuration should be based on the size of the double cone volume.
The radial runout of the rotating shaft is ≤ 0.18mm, ensuring reliable sealing and smooth rotation.
Noise level ≤ 70 decibels.
The motor adopts explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, and the motor power is configured by the manufacturer according to the double cone volume size. The explosion-proof level is ExdIIBT4, the protection level is IP55, and relevant certificates are provided. The reducer adopts a cylindrical gear reducer, and the transmission adopts a motor connected to the cylindrical gear reducer pulley through a belt pulley. The reducer gear is connected to the dryer spindle, and the horizontal axis of the machine body rotates to ensure smooth operation of the whole machine.
Double cone inlet cover at one end? 450, equipped with a thermometer, vacuum gauge, and exhaust valve, and equipped with an automatic tapping device, will not accumulate material due to the cover not being heated, and the entire batch of materials will dry evenly. The end cover is hinged to the cylinder body. The other end cover transitions to a DN250 fast discharge butterfly valve and is equipped with a blind plate for secondary sealing.
Jacket working medium: hot water, circulating water, honeycomb jacket.
Each sealing point is well sealed, and there is no deformation or leakage during use.
Feeding method: Top feeding.
The overall inner surface of the equipment is easy to clean, and the inner cylinder has a curved transition to achieve cleaning.
Install a leak proof cover on the discharge butterfly valve.
The idle experiment should be correct, stable, reliable, and free of abnormalities.
The assembly of the dryer should be accurate and error free.
There is a nitrogen blowback device at the vacuum end to prevent dust materials from blocking the filter mesh and ensure smooth vacuum flow. And it is conducive to maintenance and replacement.
Lock the maintenance door and seal it with a sealing strip.
