Accurate high-speed scanning

The Zeiss VAST XT gold probe has high-speed scanning function, which can not only measure geometric features in a short time, but also accurately measure and evaluate shape errors such as roundness, flatness and other characteristics. The probe has a small diameter of only 0.3 millimeters.

PRISMO navigator can quickly obtain accurate measurement results. Navigator technology is a high-speed and high-precision scanning technology developed for Zeiss. Intelligent parameter setting to ensure measurement accuracy. Thanks to the functions of tangent approximation scanning, spiral scanning, and rapid dynamic calibration of the measuring needle, the measurement time can be further shortened.
