According to the accuracy of the filter, it can be divided into coarse filter, ordinary filter, fine filter, and ultra fine filter; Divided by filter element type: mesh filter, wire gap filter, paper core filter, sintered filter, magnetic filter; Divided by filter material type: surface type, depth type. The dawn filter is installed on the oil suction pipeline of the hydraulic pump. This installation method requires the filter to have a large oil flow capacity and a small resistance, so a coarse filter with lower filtration accuracy is generally used to protect the hydraulic pump. The filter is installed on the return oil pipeline, which can frequently remove impurities from the oil. To prevent the oil from flowing back to the tank smoothly even when the filter is clogged, a safety valve should be connected in parallel. Due to the low pressure of the return pipe, a filter with lower strength can be used. Installed on the oil pipeline of the hydraulic pump, this installation method can protect other components except for the hydraulic pump and relief valve. Generally, fine filters are used. Due to the operation of the filter under high pressure, the filter element and housing should be able to withstand the working pressure and impact pressure of the system. To prevent pump overload or damage to the filter element caused by filter blockage, a blockage indicator device or a safety valve can be installed in parallel on the pressure oil circuit. Install separate fine filters in front of important components as needed to ensure their proper functioning.
