The power supply connection cable or control connection cable of mechanical equipment is widely used. According to the specific installation and application requirements, flat cables with steel wire tensile, shielding anti-interference, low-temperature cold resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and other different working conditions and environments can be designed. They have excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, tensile strength (with steel wire), and flexibility. Bending resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, UV resistance (without cracking) for outdoor installation, excellent low-temperature and cold resistance.
Cable structure:
Conductor: multi strand precision twisted, bending resistant, oxygen free copper wire. Follow VDE-0295 Cl-5 or 6, IEC 60228/HD383 Cl-5 or 6
Insulation: Special mixed rubber insulation. Black core or numerical indication (please specify if yellow green grounding wire is required)
Core wire arrangement: arranged in a straight line or, reinforcement: filled with hemp rope or galvanized steel wire rope (added according to customer requirements)
Sheath: Oil resistant, flame-retardant, weather resistant mixed rubber elastomer sheath material.
