YX-CW-01 Low Voltage Temperature Measurement Device for Electric Power

The power industry often experiences fires caused by overheating of power cables and equipment, resulting in extensive cable burning and equipment damage, forcing shutdowns and inability to resume production in a short period of time, leading to significant economic losses. Through the analysis of the accident, the direct causes of overheating and fire in electrical equipment are poor quality of cable intermediate joints, loose pressure joints, excessive contact resistance, and long-term operation leading to overheating of cable heads and insulation burning. In response to this situation, the YX-CW-01 temperature acquisition unit has been developed. Suitable for temperature measurement scenarios of low voltage 400V cable joints, such as the inlet and outlet terminals of circuit breakers in drawer cabinets, busbar crimping terminals, and other scenarios that require screw fastening connections. Selecting different forms of temperature measurement terminals according to different scenarios can monitor the temperature of cable joints in real time, provide timely warnings, and prevent accidents from occurring.

This product can be installed and fixed in a suitable location according to the on-site environment, with high flexibility. Generally used as an auxiliary means of power monitoring, it forms an integrated management with Yuxin Intelligent Power Monitoring System and is widely applied in substations, hospitals, communities, parks, schools, airports, shopping malls, office buildings, civil buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, building automation systems, power supply network systems.
