1. Overview

YSH-2 crude oil water content monitoring instrument is a precision instrument for measuring the water content of crude oil and the interface between oil and water. Mainly used for online monitoring of crude oil water content in the petrochemical industry; Detect the oil and water interface of the separation tank and settling tank, and automatically control the drainage; Online monitoring of moisture content in various oil pipelines. The instrument adopts a fully remote control design, and can be calibrated on site without opening the cover; Wide measurement range (full range), high accuracy, suitable for different on-site conditions; Environmentally friendly, energy-saving, safe, stable performance, and good tracking.

2. Principles and Characteristics

This instrument uses the resonance state of high-frequency electromagnetic waves to measure the moisture content of crude oil. Automatic detection and indication of oil-water mixing status. By using temperature measurement method, the temperature drift curve is pre-set, achieving automatic correction of temperature drift.

Integrated sensing and display, capable of both on-site display and remote data transmission. Remote transmission mode: 4-20mA; RS485; GPRS (transmitter self configured)
