Technical description of the instrument:

It is applicable to the color fastness to light, weather and light and perspiration tests of various colored and dyed textiles; it can also be used for the color fastness to light and anti-aging tests of paints, pigments, coatings, rubber, paper and other materials. The key parts are made of imported components, using the latest sensor technology, wireless transmission and PLC control technology, large screen color touch LCD display, real-time display of data curves, complete human-computer dialogue function, digital setting, irradiance automatic compensation, and the technical data required by the preset methods and standards can be automatically completed by the instrument, and the operator can also set the technical data by himself.

Principle of structural testing:

The sample holder, which holds the sample, is exposed to sunlight under the artificial light source specified in the standard. The sample holder can be stationary, rotated, or reversed to be exposed to sunlight. The instrument simulates and enhances the effect of natural conditions on the color of the tested object, providing the necessary conditions for testing such as light radiation, temperature, humidity, and rain exposure. The tested object is tested together with a blue wool standard sample, and then the color change of the sample is compared with that of the blue wool standard sample to evaluate the light (climate) color fastness of the sample.
