Technical description of the instrument:

Purpose:The YG111L yarn length gauge is mainly suitable for measuring the pre weaving length of wool shuttle fabrics, wool knitted fabrics, and yarns, in order to calculate their line density and weave density coefficient; It can measure the elasticity of elastic yarn and expanded yarn, and can also be used as a measuring instrument for fabric yarn count.

Structural principle:

Clamp one end of the tested yarn sample into a left gripper with adjustable tension and apply it, and clamp the other end into a right gripper. Then move the right gripper to align the three lines of the balance body. Take note of the numerical mark on the length scale that aligns with the red scale on the extension clamp of the gripper at this time, and use this value as the length of this yarn.
