Basic parameters of XZD-500 on-site metallographic analyzer

（1） Basic indicator parameters

1. Industrial specific image collector: XZD-WIFI 5-megapixel, 1/2.5 inch, 0.5X image acquisition unit (with dedicated image acquisition software supporting wired/wireless transmission and supporting Apple and Android systems), with dust-proof protection resolution collector 2592 × 1944 optical; 700lp/mm optical magnification 40-800X times.

2. 16 megapixel wireless auxiliary collector: The 16 megapixel WIFI Canon camera is connected to the objective lens through a dedicated optical interface. The built-in wireless signal can directly interact with terminal devices such as tablets and mobile phones in real-time, and capture 16 megapixel high-definition images.

3. Integrated specialized image recording and analysis equipment:

Win10 operating system, i5 processor, 4GB memory/500GB with keyboard/screen resolution 1920x1200, audio interface 3.5mm USB interface standard 3.0, other interfaces 1 x USB, hard drive: 256GB video format supports 640x480 30fps, camera supports JEPG format, pixel supports 2048x1924, 2048x1536, 1280x960, 640x480).

4. The host is equipped with a USB output terminal that can directly store the collected data into a computer or other storage device.

5. By setting the menu, the white balance/brightness/contrast/color saturation of the image can be adjusted, and the image can be frozen, mirrored, flipped, and digitally zoomed in step by step to observe the details of the image.

6. Metallographic lens:

(1) Eyepiece requirements:

There are two large field eyepieces, one Wf-10X and one Wf-20X, which can be directly connected to the metallographic objective lens.

(2) Objective lens parameters:

10x metallographic objective lens group: 10X, 0.25 numerical aperture (NA), resolution 220 (lp/mm)

20x metallographic objective lens group: 20X, 0.40 numerical aperture (NA), resolution 400 (lp/mm)

40x metallographic objective lens group: 40X, 0.65 numerical aperture (NA), resolution 600 (lp/mm)

(3) The objective lens needs to adopt an infinite flat field achromatic design; The focus adjustment of the mirror body is coaxial and same light fine adjustment; The front end of the mirror is equipped with a strong magnetic fixing ring, which can directly adsorb the measured object without the need for a bracket. It can be adsorbed on the outer wall of the pipeline (convex surface) and the inner wall of the pipeline or furnace (concave surface);

*(4) Equipped with a dedicated objective lens protective cover, each lens is equipped with an independent suction cup;

(5) The lens lighting system adopts coaxial vertical incident light, with magnification (final printing magnification) of 50x, 100x, 400x, 500x, 800x, and 1000x.

7. System power supply: Adopting a pocket sized LED light source with infinitely adjustable brightness, AA battery charged, durable and can last for 40 hours

8. Requirements for specialized supporting items for the venue:

*(1) Special device for small tube detection: a specialized fixture suitable for pipes with an outer diameter of 42mm, used in conjunction with a universal bracket for independent small tube detection.

(2) On site 3D magnetic bracket:

1. X, Y, Z three-dimensional permanent magnet base with an adsorption force of 40KG;

2. The unique universal auxiliary bracket can quickly and vertically locate various sizes of pipes, welds, and curved surfaces, completely solving the difficult and blind spots of traditional detection.

(3) Rechargeable cordless grinding and polishing machine:

1) 10.8V continuous work for 6-8 hours;

2) Specialized customized polishing material, with three processes that quickly polish and produce a mirror finish in 5-10 minutes;

3) Water based grinding paste (non oily, will not get darker and darker with more oil);

4) The polishing machine can be used for vertical polishing or for 90 degree side polishing by replacing the conversion head;

5) Three types of specialized grinding heads; Rough grinding, fine polishing, mirror polishing;

6) The specialized metallographic sandpaper itself has adhesive properties and is easy to use and replace.

9. 0.01mm fixed magnification micrometer: This device requires a micrometer to calibrate the size of the image;

10. Metallographic analysis software:

Contains over 400 modules, nearly 2000 national standards, and over 4000 metallographic diagrams. Multiple modes for analysis and selection, customizable rulers on images, and the ability to print images at fixed magnifications. Multiple module report printing options:

(1) Automatic rating: The software can automatically obtain the final analysis results;

(2) Auxiliary rating: The software can obtain parameters that are somewhat related to the analysis results;

(3) Comparative rating: Compare the collected sample images with the standard image library and manually make a judgment on the results;

(4) Fixed magnification printing: can load multiple images at once and perform image processing on them;

(5) Merge multiple images with different depths of field into one clear image.
