1 Overview
1.1 Introduction
The LZDW261 wireless vibration sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) adopts Bluetooth wireless communication method, which can directly communicate with Apple, Android series mobile phones and tablets. It is simple and convenient to use, greatly saving manpower and material resources consumed in testing due to repeated deployment of wired data acquisition equipment. It is widely used in vibration data acquisition and industrial equipment point inspection.
The sensor is equipped with a piezoelectric accelerometer, which has a compact structure and small size. It consists of a power module, a data acquisition and processing module, and a wireless transceiver module, and is packaged in a dust-proof and waterproof shell. The sampling rate acceleration of the sensor is 12.8KHz, and the analysis bandwidth can reach 5KHz. It can perform envelope analysis and effectively determine bearing faults.
The data collected by sensors can be wirelessly transmitted in real-time to mobile phones and PADs, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of data collection. The air transmission rate of the sensor can reach 250Kbps, and the effective outdoor communication distance can reach 10 meters. The sensor is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery and designed with specialized power management software and hardware. It has a standby power consumption of 50uA and a working power consumption of 25mA, and can be used continuously for more than 24 hours.
1.2 Functions and Features
The sensor is equipped with a built-in uniaxial piezoelectric accelerometer, which uses a hardware integration circuit to measure the total value and waveform of acceleration, velocity, and displacement. The bottom is also integrated with an infrared temperature sensor, which can measure the surface temperature of the device.

2 Technical Specifications
2.1 Basic Usage
The sensor defaults to standby mode, and the running status indicator light flashes every 12 seconds. When measuring, first connect to the corresponding MAC address of the sensor using your phone or tablet. After successful connection, the running status indicator light remains on (blue). After disconnecting, the indicator light returns to standby mode.
After the sensor connection is completed, use the magnetic suction seat shown in Figure (1) to attach it to the surface of the device, and perform operations such as reading acceleration, velocity, displacement, temperature, etc. through a mobile phone.
If the Bluetooth module fails to search or there are abnormalities during the connection process, the hidden reset button in the figure can be used to reset it. Simply press the reset button once.
