Overview

The coke dust generated during the coke transportation and screening process is collected by the dust collection hoods at various points, and then flows into the dust collection main pipe. Then, it enters the train coke loading bin dust collector for purification through the connecting pipeline. The smoke and dust are extracted by the dust removal fan, and the standard gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

The processing capacity of the coke screening and dust removal system is 253000m3/h, with a dust temperature of<60 ℃. The bag filter is selected as a low-pressure long bag pulse dust collector, with a recommended filtration area greater than 5720m2 and a wind speed of<0.8m/min. Install a muffler at the outlet of the fan to reduce noise.
The dust removal air volume of the coke screening and dust removal system in the train coking bin is determined by the speed of the fan motor. The fan speed is controlled by the frequency converter provided with the fan. An electric butterfly valve is installed at the entrance of the dust removal air duct on the first floor of the coke screening building. Its start and stop are controlled on-site, and the valve action simultaneously sends a PLC signal to the coke screening dust removal ground station. The PLC controls the frequency of the fan frequency converter to adjust the fan motor speed to the corresponding air volume motor speed. When the valve of the dust removal air duct on the first floor of the car is closed, the coke screening dust removal fan runs at low speed under the action of the variable frequency motor. When the dust removal air duct valve of the first floor train car is opened (two more valves are opened), the coke screening dust removal fan runs at high speed under the action of the variable frequency motor. The dusty gas flows through the dust collector and is purified before being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Control requirements for dust collector in train coke bin:
All action devices are required to be located in the control cabinet in the distribution control room of the ground station to control the start and stop.
The automatic control system for the dust collector in the coking bin of the two trains adopts a PLC system (provided by the dust removal equipment manufacturer as a complete set). The software functions of the control system should include dynamic graphic display, start stop conditions, limit alarm and interlock shutdown, status display of each control point, data printing, etc. The specific requirements for the control system include the technical performance of the equipment, control functions and parameters, management functions, etc.
The operation control of the dust removal and the entire ash conveying system of the coke bin dust collector in the 3 trains is carried out by the control cabinet of the dust collector body, which is placed in the operation room.
Installation instructions for the dust collector pipeline in the train coking bin:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the dust removal pipes and fittings are made of Q235-A. The diameter of the circular dust removal pipes and fittings marked in the figure refers to the inner diameter of the pipe, and the elevation of the pipe is based on the center of the pipe;
2. Before installation, the inner wall and burrs of the pipeline must be cleaned out, and each individual unit must pass the test before installation;
During pipeline hoisting, the circumferential weld seam should be no less than 300mm away from the edge of the support (or backing plate), and the longitudinal weld seam should be no less than 200mm above the support;
During pipeline installation, the installation error of the pipeline elevation at the support shall not exceed ± 5mm of the design marked elevation;
6. The welding seam of the dust removal pipeline of the train coking bin dust collector should be butt welded, and the height of the welding seam should not be less than the thickness of the pipe wall. When welding the pipeline fittings to the pipeline, standard continuous fillet welds should be used, and the height of the welding fillet should not be less than the small thickness of the welded part. However, double-sided continuous standard fillet welds should be used for welding flanges and pipelines.
