1Product Introduction

TNSThe series of automatic AC voltage regulators consists of a contact regulator and an automatic control circuit. Sample and amplify the voltage signal, then control the servo motor to drive the arm and brush to rotate in the desired direction, adjusting the output voltage to the rated value to achieve voltage stabilization. Performance indicators fully meetQ/ZT 78 standard.

This voltage regulator has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, low self power consumption, complete protection functions, stability and reliability, and low output waveform distortion. It can be widely used in industrial production, scientific research, medical and health care, household appliances and other areas with large fluctuations in grid voltage or seasonal changes in grid voltage, and can provide high-quality power to any load. 4structural characteristics

The output capacity of the product is closely related to the input voltage value, and the output capacity curve is shown in Figure 1.

When the input phase voltage is lower than 198V (three-phase line voltage 342V), the rated output capacity of the product will decrease;

When selecting an output voltage of 110V, the output capacity is only 50% of the rated capacity;

5. Ordering Notice

For your safety, please carefully read the following selection requirements and precautions when placing an order:

5.1 The input and output of this series of three-phase products are connected in a three-phase four wire system, so it is necessary to connect the neutral wire when using;

When a three-phase regulated power supply is used for single-phase or three-phase applications, the output capacity of each phase is one-third of the nominal capacity of the entire machine.

5.3 In general, the selection of voltage regulator should be based on the rated power of the electrical equipment, startup surge current, and inductive or capacitive load conditions

The power supply should have sufficient margin in its output capacity, especially when selecting impactful loads. The specific selection safety factor is shown in the table1

When the input voltage is lower than 198V, the output capacity of the voltage regulator decreases, so it is necessary to reduce the load and reduce the rating to avoid overload. The specific characteristics are shown in Figure 1; When using 220V output separately or simultaneously, the total output current should not exceed the rated output current. When using 110V output, the large capacity is only half of the rated capacity. When the input voltage is below 198V, it should also be reduced proportionally according to the curve in Figure 1 to avoid overload.
