WBGT3200 Wet Ball Black Ball Temperature (WBGT) Index Instrument, used for occupational health and safety measurement. Configure black ball temperature sensor, wet ball temperature sensor, and dry ball temperature sensor to perform on-site measurement of WBGT in high-temperature workplaces.

WBGT, also known as wet bulb black bulb temperature index, is a fundamental parameter for evaluating the thermal load of human exposure to the working environment.

WBGT displays an index that is related to the metabolism of specific jobs that generate heat intensity.

The WBGT index is composed of three temperature components: natural wet bulb Tnw, black bulb Tg, and dry bulb Ta (sometimes).

The calculation formula is as follows:

In the absence of solar radiation indoors and outdoors: WBGT=0.7Tnw+0.3Tg

In the presence of solar radiation outdoors: WBGT=0.7Tnw+0.2Tg+0.1Ta

Among them, Tnw=natural wet bulb temperature; Tg=black sphere temperature; Ta=dry bulb temperature/air temperature
