Simply put, this product is a buffering device. With its unique principle and structure, as well as three major functions of spring function, buffer function, and bearing function, it is a multi-purpose and multifunctional buffer device. The structure consists of a metal inner shell, an outer shell, and cylindrical rubber, which are pressed onto the inner shell and outer shell with a 45 ° displacement to form a component. The spring characteristics are nonlinear, and the cylindrical rubber rotates while being compressed to work. Therefore, it can effectively transmit shaking motion while absorbing vibration and noise. ROSTA suspension components can be used to form vibration fixing parts and vibration driving heads, which are components of vibration conveyors and vibrating screens. The AU model of vibration fixing components with flange plates can be directly installed on vibration conveyors that utilize crank motion for vibration. The RST model of the rod end that can smoothly transmit the shaking motion caused by the crank movement can be used in combination for optimal design. In addition, there are fixed parts AB models for vibration conveyors and vibrating screen machines that use vibration motors. For belt driven equipment, especially one or more V-belt drives, the required torque can only be most effectively transmitted to the driven equipment when the belt reaches the optimal tension state. Therefore, all belt transmission equipment requires a device that can adjust the position of the motor or a belt tensioning device to timely supplement the elongation of the belt (generally speaking, the tensioning amount of the V-belt is 3% to 5% of the total length). If the tension of the belt is not adjusted in a timely manner, it will greatly reduce the transmitted torque. At the same time, excessive tension will cause the belt to overheat, make a harsh sound, and the pulley will wear out excessively until it is quickly damaged. Fully mechanical rigid tensioning devices, such as motor sliders that use bolts to adjust tension or belt tensioning devices that rely on changing sliding slots, require manual periodic adjustment of belt tension. They cannot provide automatic tensioning function and require periodic adjustment and maintenance (equipment needs to be stopped to operate).
