1、 Product Introduction of Suspended Center Drive Mud Scraper

2、 Working principle and structure of suspended center drive scraper
The suspended center drive scraper is mainly composed of a deceleration drive machine, a transmission shaft, a scraper wall, underwater bearings, and a mud collection groove scraper. The load of the entire scraper is applied to the center of the fixed working bridge that spans the diameter of the pool. The raw water flows radially towards the overflow tank around the pool after being distributed by the central water distribution bucket. As the flow rate decreases, suspended solids in the water flow towards the bottom of the pool due to gravity. Through deceleration drive and transmission of suspended components, the sludge is scraped to the central collection tank by a scraper and discharged outside the pool by a pump.
3、 Main performance of suspended center drive scraper
(1) The bottom of the pool is scraped with mud, and the driving device adopts a deceleration driving mechanism for transmission, with a compact structure and high mechanical efficiency.
(2) Diagonal scraper with good continuity and high efficiency in collecting mud; Install a scraper rubber plate underneath the stainless steel scraper plate to ensure thorough cleaning of the scraper and prevent any floating mud.
(3) The slope ratio of the pool bottom is 1:10, and the sludge resistance during scraping can be ignored.
(4) The main beam is made of square steel with high structural strength. It adopts hot-dip galvanizing and then spray coating technology, which has strong anti-corrosion performance. The main beam can also be directly poured with concrete, which saves more investment.
