Its working principle is that air is pumped into a pressure dissolved air tank and forced to dissolve in water at a pressure of 0.5 MPa. 2、 Structure and principle of super dissolved air flotation machine
The GSSF series super dissolved air flotation sewage treatment machine is a steel structure. Its working principle is that air is pumped into a pressure dissolved air tank and forced to dissolve in water at a pressure of 0.5 MPa. In the case of sudden release, the air dissolved in the water is released, forming a large number of dense microbubbles that slowly rise and adsorb onto the suspended solids as their density decreases, thus achieving the goal of removing SS and CODcr.

There is no sludge tank in the upper part of the tank, and there is a scraper on the tank. The scraper keeps rotating, continuously scraping the floating sludge into the sludge tank and self flowing into the sludge tank.
2. Dissolved gas system
The dissolved air system is mainly composed of a dissolved air tank, a gas storage tank, an air compressor, and a high-pressure pump. The dissolved air tank is the most critical part of the system, and its function is to achieve full contact between water and air, accelerating air dissolution. It is a sealed pressure resistant steel tank designed with baffles and separators inside, which can accelerate the dispersion and mass transfer process of gas and water, and improve the efficiency of gas dissolution.
3. Medication tank:
Steel round tanks are used for dissolving and storing medicinal liquids, two of which are dissolution tanks with stirring devices, and the other two are pharmaceutical storage tanks, with volumes matched according to the processing capacity.
3、 Process description
The wastewater passes through the grid, blocking the large volume of suspended solids and entering the sedimentation tank. Here, different types of wastewater are mixed, homogenized, and heavy impurities are precipitated to prevent water quality fluctuations and ensure stable operation of wastewater treatment. Due to the presence of a certain amount of lost fibers in the wastewater in the sedimentation tank, these small fibers are the main source of SS in the wastewater. Therefore, by recycling them through a microfilter, not only are the fibers recovered, but also the suspended solids in the wastewater are greatly reduced, which greatly reduces the treatment load for the next process of wastewater air flotation. Add coagulant PAC to the conditioning tank to preliminarily separate, flocculate, and precipitate the wastewater. Then, it is pumped to the air flotation machine by the sewage pump, where it forms a larger volume of floc under the action of flocculant PAM,. Due to the capture of a large number of microbubbles and the significant decrease in the specific gravity of flocculants, the clear water is completely separated and flows away from the overflow outlet, entering the aerobic fast filter. Here, the clear water is further oxygenated and filtered and adsorbed through the filter material to remove color and some sediment. Then, the clear water enters the sedimentation and clarification tank, settles and clarifies, and finally flows to the storage tank for reuse or discharge.
The sludge floating to the top in the air flotation machine is scraped into the sludge tank by a scraper and flows automatically to the sludge drying tank. The sludge is pumped into the sludge filter press for pressure filtration, forming a filter cake, which is transported for landfill or mixed with coal for incineration. The filtered sewage flows back to the sedimentation tank. If we continue to invest in a cardboard machine, the sludge can be directly used to produce high-end cardboard, which not only eliminates secondary pollution but also creates great economic benefits.
