Product Introduction

This series of brushless motors has a maximum power of 150W and a maximum rated torque of 1.2NM; speed range: 0-3000RPM; The Hall element is located inside the motor and does not require adjustment. The motor is made of high-performance neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material, which has a beautiful appearance, compact size, miniaturization, fully enclosed, long service life, low noise, high precision, low temperature rise, and low mechanical vibration. The product can be widely used in equipment such as factory automation and finance.

Naming rules for brushless motors

1. Naming convention for standard models
Motor code: CW 57 BL60-25 L1 30-00
CW: stands for Skyworth Motor;
57: represents the cross-sectional length of the motor;
BL: Refers to brushless motors with square cross-section of silicon steel sheets;
So BLR represents a brushless motor with a circular cross-section of silicon steel sheets;
BLW stands for brushless motor with outer rotor;
BLM stands for brushless motor with round body square end cover;
BLT refers to a brushless motor with a cross-section of unconventional size, such as 82BLT, which represents a cross-section of around 82mm;
BLC stands for brushless motor with closed-loop control
BLCD stands for brushless motor with integrated driver for closed-loop control of the motor
DC brushed motor
60: represents the length of the motor body, non integer length, rounded to an integer;
25: represents the rated power of the motor, in watts;
L1: represents the power level of the motor, and the DC part L1 represents 12VDC; L2 represents 24VDC; L3 represents 36VDC;
L4 represents 48V; L5 represents 60V; L6 represents 96V, and so on. If it is AC power, use H1 to indicate
220VAC; H2 represents 310VAC;
30: represents the rated speed of the motor. 30 represents 30x100=3000RPM. If it is not a multiple of 100, then it is rounded up.
00: For other models of motors in this series, 00 is the basic type, and the first version is 01.

2. Naming rules for derivative models

If there are slight changes in some components of the motor due to minor changes in the outgoing lines, shafts, etc., please name it according to the following rules: change the version number from 00 to the smallest version number.
At the same time, add a folder for the derivative model in the motor file drawings of the basic model, which includes the drawings that need to be changed, the parts catalog with different basic characteristics marked in the BOM, and the specification book for that model.
