This reducer system is the main transmission structure of the trough mixer, located on the right side of the machine. During operation, it is driven by an electric motor installed inside the machine through a triangular belt to drive the worm and worm gear, and drives the mixer at a speed of 1:40. The worm gear shaft is hollow and equipped with fixed keys, allowing the mixing blade to be freely installed and removed. There are two circular screws installed on the top of the reducer for assembly, disassembly, and installation purposes. There is a screw installed on the end cover to position the high-speed mixing blade. The pepper powder mixing mixer has been adjusted at the factory and generally does not need to be adjusted again during use. The pepper powder mixing mixer is U-shaped, made of stainless steel, and equipped with a mixing blade. It lies horizontally between the mixing reducer and the material pouring device. The material pouring reducer controls the positioning angle of the mixing tank and is located on the left side of the machine. During operation, the mixing tank is driven to rotate within a certain angle range by an electric motor installed in the machine base through a triangular belt transmission worm and worm wheel, allowing the mixture to be poured out at once.
