Small hot air knife

Made of stainless steel as the blade body, it is durable and long-lasting.

The air outlet is made of straight drawn aluminum alloy processed into blades, which not only maintain hardness and strength, but also ensure reliable precision.

The width of the air outlet can be adjusted (with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm), and the length is 50mm.

Multiple inlet diameters meet different air volume requirements.

In addition to air compressors, vortex fans or centrifugal fans can also be used as air sources to reduce power consumption.

The body has a pressure resistance of 2kgf/cm2 and a temperature resistance of 200 ℃.

An additional fan (air compressor, vortex fan, or centrifugal fan) must be used.

Comes with a heating power of 500W/1kW, and includes 200oC over temperature protection and anti dry burning function for better drying effect.

The advantages of a small hot air knife are as follows:

1. Using 2080NiCr electric heating wire, free of iron, to avoid oxidation and burning.

2. The heating wire is suspended and hidden inside the ceramic cavity, allowing hot air to pass evenly through both sides of the heating wire, resulting in a large air volume, low air resistance, and lower temperature of the heating wire.

3. The heating wire is hidden inside the wind knife, and the heating utilization rate is close to 100%.

4. Cut water and dry simultaneously to improve efficiency and avoid water stains and turbulence.

5. The heating wire core adopts a lower surface power density design (as low as 3.7W/cm2), resulting in a longer service life of the heating wire.

6. Equipped with an over temperature protection device to prevent the electric heating wire from breaking due to dry burning, and a temperature control device to adjust the outlet air temperature

7. It can be used continuously for a long time and can be installed inside the equipment as a high-temperature hot air source.

If an air compressor is used to provide air source, the air source must be purified (filtered water, filtered oil, etc.) first to avoid affecting the service life of the electric heating wire.

The width of the air outlet has been calibrated according to the customized requirements when the product leaves the factory. If it is necessary to make changes, please deliver it to the original merchant or professional for calibration to avoid weakening the product performance by self calibration.
