1. This equipment uses steam distillation to extract materials through water separation distillation.
2. This equipment is a super small steam distillation extraction device developed by our company based on the classic process of essential oil extraction combined with advanced automation control system. Reasonable structural design and excellent performance. The operation is simple and flexible, and one person can easily complete the entire experiment and production.
3. The equipment utilizes electric heating to quickly reach a high temperature of 100 ℃ while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and normal pressure. The steam passes through the condenser and collects volatile oils and fats into the oil-water separator.
4. The oil-water separation adopts a laboratory grade glass multi pipeline design, with a glass pipeline diameter of less than 20mm, which facilitates the separation and collection of essential oils.
5. The device has a built-in multi-layer distillation blue with a top opening structure, making it very convenient to place flowers, plants, and clean the equipment.

6、 Electrical control system
1. Electrical control cabinet
The electrical control system controls the operation of the entire equipment, and the control cabinet is installed in a suitable position on the equipment with good heat dissipation.
The cabinet is made of stainless steel and installed in a suitable space for the equipment; Reserve 10% space inside the control box for the expansion of other components, and all cables connected to the cabinet are equipped with waterproof joints.
The power supply voltage of the equipment is three-phase 380VAC, using a three-phase five wire system. The ground wire must be reliably grounded, and the control voltage is 24VDC.
The electrical components are installed using DIN35 guide rails, and the ends of each row of component installation rails are fixed with clamps.
The wiring method should refer to the GB standard, and all outgoing cables should be marked and consistent with the markings on the electrical schematic diagram.
All equipment components and control components should have written instructions, and the labels should be pasted in the corresponding positions.
All electrical components must be installed in accordance with the electrical layout diagram, arranged according to the rules from top to bottom and left to right, with reasonable spatial layout, clear labeling, and reserved track space for subsequent installation of other components
