Precautions
1. UsethisBefore using the UV curing machine, please read the instruction manual carefully;
2. Do not stare directly at the UV lamp and the emitted light source for a long time, otherwise it may burn your eyes;
3. High voltage electrical hazards;
4. When repairing or replacing parts, please turn off the main power. Replace the UV lamp tube and discharge the stored electricity of the capacitor;
5. Do not place your hands on the transmission parts to avoid danger;
6. When testing the machine, check whether the phase sequence of the fan is correct.

UV machine product repair and maintenance
1. To extend the service life of UV equipment and ensure its normal operation, it is necessary to conduct equipment inspection before starting up, and promptly correct any problems found.
2. Start up and run continuously for half an hour, observe whether the instruments and indicator lights indicate normally, and whether there is any abnormal sound during operation. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be checked immediately.
3. Clean the panel at least once a month and check if the screws in each part are loose.
4. Avoid touching the lamp tube with your hands to prevent sweat and oil from affecting the transmission of ultraviolet light. If accidentally contaminated, you can wipe it clean with an alcohol swab.
5. The lamp tube and reflector cover should be wiped with alcohol once a month to keep them clean. If the surrounding environment is harsh, the cleaning frequency should be increased accordingly.
6. The exhaust fan should be cleaned every three months to clean the fan blades, the exterior of the casing, and the motor surface.
7. Add lubricating oil to the rotating parts of the fan, adjust the air valve transmission mechanism, tighten the wiring terminals, and check whether the air valve transmission mechanism is flexible and reliable, and whether the wires are damaged.
8. If a small UV curing machine is not used for a long time, it is advisable to loosen the conveyor belt to keep it in a free state.
9. After a period of use, the transmission chain will naturally elongate and should be adjusted in a timely manner. During use, the conveyor belt may deviate due to temperature changes and should be adjusted in a timely manner.
10. Ensure lubrication of all moving parts of the small UV curing machine, and apply butter to the active and passive rollers, bearings, chains, and transmission wheels every six months; Other parts and motors should be used once a year.
11. After each use of the small UV curing machine, clean the dirt and dust to ensure the smooth operation of the mesh belt.

12. Regularly check whether the plug and socket of the small UV curing machine are in good contact. If the cable heats up when the small UV curing machine is running normally, we must stop the machine.

13. The electrical circuits inside the machine shall not be altered arbitrarily. In case of malfunction, timely maintenance is required, and non professional maintenance personnel are not allowed to dismantle or replace it without authorization.
