Shen'an Zhigu Real Estate Enterprise introduces Yuxin Intelligent Power Monitoring and Energy Management System to create a smart model room

On April 26, 2018, the Land and Resources Bureau of Baoding City released a listing announcement, which showed that on April 26, four plots of land in the main urban area of Baoding were listed for sale, including one storage land and three industrial land, with a total transaction area of 145768.1 square meters, approximately 218.65 acres. Shen'an Zhigu Industrial Co., Ltd. won an industrial plot located on the east side of the East Third Ring Road, with an area of 29194.2 square meters, approximately 43.79 acres, and a transaction price of 17.8 million yuan, or to construct the Shen'an Zhigu project.

The pilot sales center of Baoding Shen'an Zhigu has completed the installation and application of Yuxin Intelligent's intelligent power comprehensive management system (comprehensive energy online monitoring and management system), which monitors the electricity consumption of existing projects to confirm the current dispersion of electricity consumption and identify the main reasons for high electricity consumption. In the later stage, it is planned to improve comprehensive power and energy management for the model rooms and ready to move properties of the Shen'an Zhigu project.
