The WDW-600P microcomputer controlled fixture flat push electronic universal testing machine adopts an AC servo system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance, and an AC servo motor as the driving system. The computer data acquisition and processing can achieve high-precision material testing equipment with closed-loop control and automatic detection.
The testing machine is a double screw, four column gantry structure, and the testing space is automatically adjusted by servo motors combined with high-precision ball screws to drive the crossbeam up and down. There are hydraulic controlled flat push clamping jaws installed between the crossbeam and the platform. Standard models are equipped with V-shaped and flat jaws for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens for tensile testing. The upper and lower pressure plates that can be installed in the flat push clamping jaws can be configured to complete various compression tests in the testing space.
The hydraulic flat pushing fixture of the testing machine is equipped with a separate hydraulic oil source, and all four oil cylinders are connected to high-precision synchronous pressure compensation flow control valves. The clamping ability of the jaws can be used for bidirectional zero crossing tensile and compressive tests of materials, with high testing efficiency, and can complete repeated tensile and compressive tests of high stress and large deformation in steel bar connections.
The testing machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of standards such as GB/T1499.2, GB/T228, GB/T2611, GB/T16826, JGJ107-2016, JGJ355-2015, etc.
