The testing machine is a double screw, four column gantry structure, and the testing space is automatically adjusted by servo motors combined with high-precision ball screws to drive the crossbeam up and down. A hydraulic controlled flat push clamping jaw is installed between the crossbeam and the platform, and standard models are equipped withVType and flat jaws are used to clamp cylindrical and flat specimens for tensile testing. The upper and lower pressure plates that can be installed in the flat push clamping jaws can be configured to complete various compression tests in the testing space.
The hydraulic flat pushing fixture of the testing machine is equipped with a separate hydraulic oil source, and all four oil cylinders are connected to high-precision synchronous pressure compensation flow control valves.
