6、 Air supply system:
The air pressure is adjusted in two stages at 1kg/cm2. The first is that the inlet pressure regulating filter is equipped with a water filtration function,
Roughly adjust to 2-2.5kg/cm2, the second is the imported precision pressure regulating valve, adjust to a pressure gauge of 1kg/cm2.


7、 Spray mode:
1. Adopting the Bernoulli principle to extract and atomize saline water, the atomization degree is uniform and there is no blocking crystallization phenomenon, ensuring the standard of continuous testing.
2. Nozzle: made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the size of spray volume and spray angle.
3. spray volume: adjustable 1.5 ± 0.5 ml 80cm2/Hr (16 hour average volume).
4.40L large brine liquid storage tank can be used for 48HR continuous spray.
8、 Heating system:
Using steam heating method, the heating speed is fast, reducing standby time, and the component damage rate is low.
Using S.S.R to control heating power, precise temperature, and low power consumption. (The electric heating tube is made of titanium alloy anti-corrosion tube)
9、 Circuit control system:
The main controller adopts a 7-inch LCD human-machine interface, and the main screen can plan the test program.
2. Fixed conditions can be set with a time range of 0-530 hours and 59 minutes.

4. Equipped with a power-off memory device, the remaining programs can continue to be executed when the power is restored.
5. The temperature and humidity sensors adopt DIN PT-100 Ω (platinum sensing).

10、 Inlet and outlet system:
The water inlet adopts an automatic water replenishment system, which automatically replenishes when the water level is too low, and manual water replenishment can be used.
Drainage adopts acid and alkali resistant and corrosion-resistant pumping pumps to increase service life and reduce waiting time for drainage.
All pipeline accessories are imported with acid, alkali, and corrosion-resistant components, ensuring a long service life.

11、 Humidification system:
1. Adopt electronic bit mode P.I.D micro humidification system.
2. Equipped with dual protection devices for overheating and overflow.
3. The humidification and dehumidification systems are completely independent.
4. High polymer floating ball water valve is used for water level control.
5. Fully automatic humidification water replenishment device. (The machine needs to be connected to a water source)
