1、 Product Introduction
SF6 leakage alarmmonitorsystemMainly used in GIS rooms with different voltage levels such as 110KV, 220KV, 500KV in substations, SF6 combination electrical equipment rooms, and 10KV, 35KV high-voltage switch rooms to monitor SF6 gas leakage in the environment and oxygen content in the air in real time. When SF6 gas leakage occurs, due to its density being more than five times that of air, it accumulates in the lower space and causes local oxygen deficiency, leading to major accidents. This system uses high-sensitivity imported SF6-O2 sensors and temperature and humidity sensors. When there are small changes in the concentration of SF6 and O2 indoors, the sensors can immediately respond to these changes, even if the SF6 concentration is at 50ppm (v/v), it can effectively monitor. The concentration change monitored by the sensor is detected in real-time online through the SF6&O2 integrated monitoring unit. It is converted into a 485 communication digital signal through the A/D module, 485 communication module, and microcontroller control. The signal is sent to the SF6 monitoring host through the on-site RS-485 bus for data processing and storage, as well as determining whether to alarm, start the fan, and perform remote communication functions.

According to Chapter 8 of the "DL408-1991 Electricity Safety Work Regulations (Electrical Part of Power Plants and Substations)", Chapter 4 of the "DLT 639-1997 Safety Protection Rules for SF6 Electrical Equipment Operation, Testing and Maintenance Personnel", and the "JBT 10893-2008 SF6 Environmental Monitoring System for High Voltage Combination Electrical Equipment Distribution Room".
