The DBW and SBW series single and three-phase printing specific voltage regulators are a new type of energy-saving high-power AC voltage regulator designed by our company based on China's national conditions. Suitable for automatically maintaining stable output voltage when external power supply network voltage fluctuations or load changes cause voltage fluctuations. With the rapid development of printing technology, in order to effectively protect high-value printing equipment from stable and continuous operation, and to meet the high voltage quality requirements of printing equipment, our company has specially designed a dedicated voltage regulator power supply for printing equipment. According to the load characteristics of printing equipment (the servo controller and servo motor of printing equipment are rectifier type and inductive load type nonlinear loads, respectively), general analog circuits and analog instruments will inevitably produce control loss and measurement errors. The printing dedicated voltage regulator adopts digital true effective value sampling and display, which has super strong anti-interference function, high voltage stabilization accuracy, fast response speed, strong load impact resistance, continuous cyclic operation and other characteristics, and has complete protection function. It can add isolation transformers and common mode enhanced second-order filters to suppress various power interferences, achieving perfect integration of stable transformer filtering. It can be widely used to provide stable and reliable power supply for imported and domestic printing equipment such as Heidelberg, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Roland, Gaobao, Bintian, Liangming, Fuji, Miller, Beiren, Dongbao, Akiyama, Haotian, etc. Compared with other types of voltage regulators, this series of products has the advantages of large capacity, high efficiency, no waveform distortion, and stable voltage regulation. It is widely applicable to loads, can withstand instantaneous overload, can work continuously for a long time, and can switch manually/automatically. It is equipped with overvoltage protection, phase loss, phase sequence protection, and mechanical fault automatic protection.
