The SBW-F series three-phase adjustable fully automatic compensation power stabilizer is a digital product that uses a microcomputer (MCU) control system. The use of ARM's new 32-bit processor, fully digital control, true RMS sampling and display, effectively overcomes the phenomena of "loss of control" and "distortion". The specialized voltage regulator for imported equipment has high precision and good stability, and the overall performance fully meets the high requirements of imported equipment for input power supply. The SBW-F series three-phase adjustable fully automatic compensation power regulator is an improved regulator of the SBW series products, suitable for power grids with unbalanced three-phase voltage inputs. When the power grid fluctuates or the load current changes, the three-phase output can automatically balance and maintain stable voltage. Its characteristic of phase separation and voltage stabilization is particularly suitable for situations where there are many single-phase devices in the load system.

▶ High voltage stabilization accuracy: The voltage stabilization accuracy can be adjusted from 1% to 5%; Using high-precision 12 bit ADC for RMS true RMS and FFT operations. ▶ Fast response speed: response time is less than or equal to 0.04S; the control system uses a high-speed 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4-168 MHz microprocessor. ▶ Multiple display parameters: input and output voltage, current, and other electrical parameters can be set by touching the buttons; Adopting high brightness LCD display or optional HMI human-machine interface touch screen display. ▶ Strong anti-interference ability: The control system adopts digital processing, automatic voltage stabilization, startup delay, automatic fault recovery function, and is fully unmanned throughout the process. ▶ Wide range of load types: suitable for all inductive, capacitive, and resistive loads. ▶ Full protection function: It has overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, overheating, and phase loss protection functions. ▶ Wide voltage regulation range: standard ± 20%, customizable within ± 30%~± 50% range. ▶ High overall efficiency: The regulator efficiency is ≥ 98%. ▶ Stable control technology: Advanced PID fuzzy control technology ensures good system stability. ▶ Excellent output waveform: The output voltage waveform has no distortion or harmonics. ▶ Excellent material selection: 0.35mm high magnetic conductivity and low loss coated silicon steel sheet, C1017 anisotropic carbon brush. ▶ High degree of self-control: The system has fully automatic voltage stabilization, startup delay, and automatic fault recovery functions. ▶ Large load capacity: The voltage regulator capacity can be selected from 1KVA to 2500KVA. ▶ Full communication function: RS485+RS232+GRPS three communication methods are optional, in line with Modbus RTU protocol, to achieve remote signaling, telemetry and remote control functions. ▶ Strong purification ability: Install a high flux surge suppressor at the input of the voltage regulator to solve the impact of lightning induction and interference pulse spikes on the equipment. ▶ High safety performance: The system's input and output ports are optically isolated and controlled, achieving electrical isolation for strong and weak current control, ensuring safety and efficiency.
