S-type precision wind knife

Using all stainless steel (SUS304 or 316L) material, it has stronger hardness, higher pressure resistance, and can better ensure precision;

The width of the air outlet can be adjusted (minimum 0.1mm, precision up to 0.1mm); The length can reach 2.4m (customized up to 3m).

Designed based on aerodynamic principles, it consists of an intake duct, splitter plate, gradually narrowing ventilation zone, narrow air duct, and other structures, particularly outstanding for low air resistance and average wind speed.

The main body generally has a pressure resistance of 5kgf/cm2, a maximum wind speed of 400m/s (using an air compressor can reach 400m/s), a temperature resistance of 250 ℃, and can be connected to a heater to blow out hot air.

Multiple air inlet diameters are available to meet different air volume requirements, with three options for air inlet on both sides, front, back, and top for easy installation.

In addition to being used for blowing water and drying, it can also be used as an isolation air curtain to reduce the loss of cold/hot air.
