This product is a low-speed roundness meter with a speed of 5 revolutions per minute. It adopts high-precision circular gratings and inductive sensors imported from HEIDENHAIN company in Germany, and the spindle adopts durable and wear-resistant high-precision air bearing. It is based on specialized measurement software of Chinese version WINDOWS 2000/XP system. Suitable for measuring the roundness and surface waviness of various large rotating parts and regular or irregular annular workpieces in mechanical operations, it can provide numerical values for parameters such as concentricity, coaxiality, frequency spectrum analysis, flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, etc. It can measure discontinuous surfaces and also measure parameters such as roundness, runout, single piece runout, and inter piece runout of motor commutators (rectifiers).
Y9025B has a high-precision air floating spindle and air filtration system, equipped with a computer system and printer, which can be controlled by a microcomputer to adjust eccentricity, display graphic data in a timely manner, draw records, save files, etc. The electrical system is easy to operate and has high detection efficiency. There are no special requirements for the usage environment, and it can be used under workshop and measuring room conditions.

This instrument is mainly used for measuring the roundness and waviness of various bearing rings, inner and outer raceways in the bearing industry. Measure the roundness, wave temperature, roundness, waviness, concentricity, verticality, parallelism, flatness of rolling elements such as various types of rollers and steel balls, as well as the roundness, waviness, concentricity, perpendicularity, parallelism, flatness of oil pump nozzles, hydraulic components, textile machine accessories, etc., and perform spectral analysis on the surface state of the measured contour. Suitable for use in workshops or measuring rooms (no constant temperature requirement).
