The fast rolling shutter door air shower room uses a high-pressure fan to press the air in the shower area into the static pressure box through a primary filter, and then the clean airflow (with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% 0.3um) filtered by a high-efficiency filter is sprayed onto the person from all directions by a rotatable nozzle, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. **The dust particles are then filtered through primary and high-efficiency filters and recycled back into the air shower area.
Product Details
The Shixu electromechanical rapid rolling shutter door air shower room is an essential clean supporting equipment in modern industrial clean rooms. It can remove dust on the surfaces of people and objects, while also playing a buffering and isolation role in the clean and non clean areas on both sides of the air shower room. This device is widely used in fields such as food, medicine, biotechnology, and precision electronics.
The rapid rolling shutter door air shower system of Shixu Electromechanical adopts PLC intelligent control means. The LED display screen on the control panel can correctly display the operation status of the air shower, the interlocking status of the two doors, the progress of the air shower cycle, and the delayed opening status. And it is equipped with photoelectric sensors and a one-way channel air shower room. When entering from a non clean area, the door will be closed and an infrared sensor will be used to blow air when someone is present. After blowing air, the door will be locked and can only be exited from the air shower room;
2. Humanized operation: Humanized control panel design, clear indicator lights, providing users with clear and correct air shower process instructions. Soft key touch type time relay, LED display and setting of shower time, adjustable in the range of 10-99s, users can adjust the shower time according to the differences in the external environment of the shower room;

High cleanliness and high wind speed: Adopting a two-stage filtration system of high-quality primary and high-efficiency filters, with no partition and low resistance high-efficiency filters, the filtration efficiency is above 99.99%, ensuring the purification level. The Shixu stainless steel air shower room is equipped with excellent stainless steel multi angle adjustable nozzles, high-quality double volute outer rotor high air volume low-noise fans, and the wind speed at the nozzle outlet can reach 25m/s or more, and the wind speed when blowing onto the human body is above 18m/s.
4. Modular structure: The air shower box adopts a modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various lengths of air shower sizes according to actual needs. A wind shower room consists of one or more air shower units. For large volume air shower equipment, it can be divided into multiple modules, making production, transportation, and installation particularly convenient and fast;
