Q330V V-shaped ball valve

The Q330V series V-shaped ball valve adopts an eccentric structure design, which has the characteristics of good sealing performance, small opening and closing torque, and long service life; The V-shaped notch of the valve ball and the metal valve seat have a shearing effect, which is particularly suitable for media containing fiber particles, slurry, high viscosity or easy crystallization. This valve can be used as a regulating valve and a shut-off valve.

The product function purpose

Petroleum products or other chemical solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, benzene, toluene, ethanol or liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen and other media are often covered with a layer of nitrogen gas as a protective gas above the finished liquid in the storage tank during the production or storage process. This product is used in conjunction with our factory's nitrogen sealing device or commander operated self operated pressure regulating valve (see product manual for details) to prevent the finished liquid or work in progress from deteriorating due to contact with air. But it can also be used alone in certain situations.

After installing and configuring the breathing valve, it can quickly eliminate pressure fluctuations caused by the above reasons and maintain a constant pressure in the storage tank.
