1、 Product Introduction
Gas piston pressure gauge is a high-precision pressure standard that uses gas as the working medium to measure and calibrate gauge pressure, absolute pressure, pressure (negative pressure), etc. The piston rod material of the piston pressure gauge is tungsten carbide, and the piston cylinder material is tungsten carbide, ensuring that the piston has the characteristics of wear resistance and long service life.
Compared with piston pressure gauges that use liquid as the working medium, gas piston pressure gauges have longer self rotation duration, higher sensitivity, better repeatability, and accurate and reliable measurement data due to the different working media they use. The working medium is cleaner, and its piston system does not require oil lubrication, providing highly sensitive calibration equipment. The calibration process is simplified, greatly reducing working time. The gas piston eliminates the liquid level difference error, resulting in high accuracy, and eliminates the hysteresis of liquid medium transmission, resulting in high sensitivity.

1. The gas piston pressure gauge uses dry and pure air or pure nitrogen as the gas source, and the tested equipment is not contaminated. It is mainly designed for clean laboratories, medical industry products, and products with high pollution protection levels. It is designed for testing places with high safety requirements, making it simpler and safer.
2. The product adopts a positive and negative pressure integrated structure, which can easily switch between positive and negative pressure by simply switching the directional valve, improving usage efficiency and saving costs.
3. Product upgrade adds an intake flow control valve to more precisely control the intake flow, avoiding inevitable damage to the piston system and the tested instrument caused by excessive intake volume.
4. The piston system adopts a brand new integrated design, which provides more reliable sealing.
5. The performance of the pressure regulating system is better than that of the oil pressure regulating system. The pressurization process is easy and not prone to leakage, which is maintenance free.
6. The newly developed gas directional valve effectively solves the problems of the previous directional valve, with smoother switching of positive and negative pressure gases and higher sealing performance.
7. The product body is equipped with a safety valve. If the intake volume is too large due to operational errors during use, the safety valve will release the gas, protecting the piston system from damage.
8. The product is equipped with a fine adjustment valve. When the pressure value is too high or too low compared to the standard pressure value during the pressurization process, the fine adjustment valve can be used for easy and fast operation.
9.
