Driven by a piston type air motor, the drum is rotated through planetary gear reduction to meet the working requirements. The drum adopts Lebus double fold line technology, and the automatic rope arranging mechanism adopts a bidirectional screw rope arranging device, which can automatically perform precise winding. The winch is equipped with an automatic disc brake and a hand-operated belt brake. The automatic disc brake is composed of a friction disc that is connected to the brake hub through a spline, and the brake hub is connected to the drive shaft of the pneumatic motor. The friction disc is clamped to the drum shaft through a spring-loaded piston. Unless the winch control valve is operated, the winch is relaxed or tightened, the brake will remain in the applied state. The winch is equipped with slip ring installation positions, and slip rings can be selected and installed according to different umbilical requirements.
