2、 Introduction to Ink Friction Fastness Tester:
This machine is used to test the adhesion of ink, in order to determine the quality of ink This machine can perform dry grinding test, wet grinding test, decolorization change test, paper blurring test, and special friction test.
3、 The ink rubbing fastness tester meets the standard:
JIS-5071-1- "Lithographic Printing Ink", GB7706- "Embossed Decoration Printing Products", GBT 7705-2008- "Lithographic Decoration" TAPPI-UM486、TAPPI-UM486
4、 Main operating instructions for ink rubbing fastness tester
1. The friction paper is made of 80g/m2 clean adhesive paper with a width of 50mm
2. Cut the sample into a certain size and fix it on the friction table. The area of the test layer of the sample should not be greater than the area rubbed by the friction body;
3. Measure the color density of the ink layer to be ground on the test sample, and take the average of 3 points;
4. Fix the sample on the friction table and fix the friction paper on the friction body;
5. Turn on the friction testing machine and rub back and forth 43 times/min ± 2 times/min, stop the machine and take off the sample;
6. Measure the color density of the heavily rubbed ink layer and take the average of three points;
7. Test result: As=(D/D1)*
