With the continuous development of the power grid, main insulation faults caused by aging insulation of power cables account for 50% of all faults. Therefore, monitoring the insulation status of power cables and ensuring their safe operation is becoming increasingly important. In addition, users have increasingly refined requirements for the classification of electricity consumption within substations. Therefore, we propose a design scheme for online monitoring of internal cables and simultaneous monitoring of the energy and power quality of internal electricity consumption.
High voltage cable monitoring plan:
This plan combines the actual line connection and load situation of the substation with the on-site wiring and civil engineering situation, and proposes to install dielectric loss monitoring and partial discharge monitoring equipment for the 35kV high-voltage line and 10kV high-voltage line of the two substations.
Low voltage cable monitoring scheme:
Install medium loss monitoring equipment and energy and power quality monitoring and analysis equipment for important loads on the low-voltage side.
By installing high-frequency and low-frequency sensors on the grounding shield line of the monitoring point cable, adding current transformers to the cable, and adding voltage transformers to the secondary side of the main transformer, real-time data of the cable can be obtained. Connect the transformers to the corresponding terminals for data analysis, and transmit the data to the front-end server for data analysis and processing through Ethernet. The front-end server and each client communicate with the platform center server through the local area network.
1. Online monitoring of partial discharge in cables
2. Online monitoring of cable dielectric loss
3. Online monitoring of cable power quality
4. Online monitoring and analysis of energy consumption for each line
5. Automatic identification of abnormal faults and transient data recording
