3、 Working principle of oil film paint mist purifier
Under the negative pressure of the vacuum cleaner (6), the air containing paint is directed towards the oil film baffle (3) through the operating room (1). The paint mist particles are adsorbed on the oil film under aerodynamic action and dissolve the bottom oil tank (2) with the flow of the oil film. At the same time, the organic benzene containing waste gas is absorbed by the mineral oil medium in contact with the oil film due to the adsorption principle of phase compatibility. After undergoing inertial separation and exhaust gas filtration in the purification chamber (7), the running gas is discharged into the air. In addition to working in the negative pressure zone to avoid damage from paint mist, operators also receive airflow generated by the air curtain device (5) at the top of the operating room, which blocks them from the contaminated area and better meets the requirements of labor protection. The oil film is transported by the oil pump of the bottom oil tank (2) to the oil film baffle, producing oil containing paint dust and impurities. The oil can be transported from the bottom oil tank to the high-level oil tank (8) through the high-level oil tank gate valve (10) of the three-way pipeline, purified by the filter, and then returned to the bottom oil tank (2) for recycling.
