(1) Temperature
The growth temperature of the fruiting body is between 12-20 ℃. Within this range, the cap is thick, the fruiting is neat, the stem is short, and the yield is high. When the temperature is below 4 ℃ or above 30 ℃, it is not conducive to the growth of fruiting bodies. When the mushroom temperature is low, roll up the outer layer of the cotton quilt and rely on sunlight to increase temperature. At the same time, build two layers of transparent film inside the greenhouse as a temperature buffer layer to increase temperature and moisture.
(2) Illumination
During the fruiting stage, a certain amount of scattered light is given to promote the thickening and darkening of the mushroom flesh, resulting in a smooth surface, clear cilia like scales, round and round flower shapes, and excellent quality.
(3) Humidity
After fruiting, keep the surface moist with a relative humidity of 85% to 95%. If the surface is too dry, use spatial micro fog, double channel flow, and other methods to increase the spatial humidity to meet the growth needs of the fruiting body.
The humidity requirements for different growth and development stages of mushrooms are also different. Where does water come from? Generally, it mainly comes from the culture medium and can only form fruiting bodies when the substrate has sufficient moisture content. If the water volume cannot reach the required level, the mushroom yield will not be high, and the cap will be small and uneven, which can easily lead to the growth of bacterial plaque, resulting in low overall quality. Improving the quality of mushrooms is important, even if reasonable humidity is ensured. However, manual humidification can lead to uneven humidity and insufficient particle refinement. Therefore, many edible mushroom industries now choose fully automatic humidification systems to overcome the problem of humidity.
