Moissanite Optimization Furnace/Moissanite Diamond Quenching and Tempering FurnaceIt can work under inert atmospheres such as nitrogen and argon, so that the workpiece will not undergo oxidation and decarburization. It has the characteristics of temperature field balance, fast heating and cooling speed, and energy saving. It integrates control system and furnace, with a compact and beautiful structure and small footprint. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina ceramic fiber board, which has low heat storage capacity, good insulation effect, light weight, high density, and occupies small space. The furnace shell adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure to ensure that the surface temperature of the furnace shell is close to room temperature. The temperature control system uses industrial precision 0.2 level intelligent instruments, PID intelligent control, 51 programmable segments, and a vacuum degree of -0.1M
It has a reasonable performance design, integrates multiple functions, and achieves ideal results in safety, reliability, and practicality.
1. The rated temperature ranges from 1100 ℃ to 1800 ℃.
2. The furnace material is made of high-quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, which saves 60% energy compared to traditional furnace materials and has strong resistance to sudden cooling and heating.
3. The heating elements are Kangtai resistance wire, silicon carbon rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire, respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the furnace. The heating elements can be replaced, and the temperature field stability inside the furnace is ± 5 ℃.
4. The furnace body adopts a double-layer furnace shell structure with low surface temperature. The furnace door and top are sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with a water cooling system. The furnace body has an inlet, outlet, vacuum port, and pressure gauge.
5. The temperature control system of the electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, with a control accuracy of ± 1 ℃. It has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can program various heating programs. It has ultra-high temperature alarm function, thermocouple damage power-off function, and built-in parameter password control function.
6. It can be filled with other gases such as hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, etc., and can be pre evacuated. The vacuum degree can reach 20kPa, and the atmosphere pressure can reach 0.1Mpa. The furnace body is made of 10mm steel plate, which is safe and reliable, and meets national standards.
7. The heating rate is 0-20 ℃/min, and a 30 segment automatic heating program can be written. It is controlled by a thyristor and equipped with a digital LED voltmeter and ammeter.
8. Optional RS-485 communication interface, data management software, with paperless recording of historical data and temperature rise curves, correction of temperature deviation errors, and the ability to manage multiple devices and remotely diagnose and analyze faults.
9. Multiple safety protection designs, good safety performance, and long service life.
