LD700 Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Online Monitoring System

The LD700 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) online monitoring system mainly consists of three modules: VOC monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and data acquisition and processing system.

The VOCs monitoring subsystem includes gas sampling, pretreatment system, calibration and auxiliary gas units, and VOCs analyzer, which can measure the content of NMHC/THC/CH4/TVOC.

The smoke parameter monitoring subsystem includes temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, and temperature, etc.

The data acquisition and processing system includes a digital to analog conversion module, an industrial computer, data acquisition and processing software, a data remote transmission unit, etc. It can receive and process monitoring component concentration information and working status information from various measurement modules, and has functions such as generating reports, storing data, querying historical records, and networking communication with environmental protection departments. Provide a basis for unified management, timely response, and quick decision-making for users.
